Job Description
Join our team as a Working Student – Customs Solutions and gain invaluable, hands-on experience in a dynamic role that bridges project management, operations, and product strategy to directly drive our market growth. In this engaging, hybrid 4-month replacement position running from 1 November 2026 through 28 February 2027, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional experts and sharpen your skill set while taking on meaningful, real-world responsibility from day one.
The essence of your role
* Own and further develop our customs solution as a product, contributing to its performance and growth in the market. * Play a key role in one of our core projects by supporting and coordinating return operations, including hubs and local operations in Switzerland, the UK, and Norway. * Help shape and implement processes, systems, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations and full compliance - always tailored to the needs of e-commerce merchants. * Contribute your ideas to enhance our customs SaaS application, collaborating with the Product team to keep us competitive.
Qualifications
This is what you need to succeed
* You are currently enrolled at a German university and based in Berlin, looking for a part-time role (20 hours per week) * A background or initial experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus. * You are curious about logistics processes and motivated to contribute your own ideas to improve and optimize them. * You work in a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way, and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks independently. * You have strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
