About the role
Idelsoft, a leading US-based software agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent, with a focus on IT-related positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, while also contributing to client acquisition and relationship management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs * Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent * Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers * Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes * Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity * Conduct client acquisition activities and manage client relationships * Perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends * Contribute to sales and revenue generation efforts
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on IT-related roles * Strong ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult-to-fill positions * Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends and common software engineering skill-sets * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in ATS and CRM tools * Experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools * Strong negotiation and influencing skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently * Experience in recruiting in the US and LatAm markets * Ability to work in the US EST timezone hours * Fluent English (C1/C2) skills for effective communication with candidates
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow * Experience in staffing agency environment preferred
