Position Summary
The Growth & Partner Marketing Manager owns Mosai's marketing strategy for growth within the existing customer base and through strategic partners. This role identifies cross-sell and expansion opportunities, builds campaigns that create qualified pipeline, and leads co-marketing with EHR and other partners. Working closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, and Content Marketing, this manager turns account and partner insight into coordinated growth programs with measurable commercial outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a customer-base growth strategy that increases adoption of Mosai solutions across existing accounts. * Segment customers by products held, expansion potential, renewal timing, usage signals, and partner overlap to identify and prioritize cross-sell and upsell opportunities. * Build and maintain a prioritized expansion play calendar with Account Management and Customer Success, aligning campaigns with account plans and sales capacity. * Own the strategy, audience, offer, and performance of customer expansion campaigns across relevant channels and stages of the customer journey. * Translate product gaps, customer outcomes, usage signals, and renewal windows into timely campaigns that create qualified opportunities beyond those surfaced through direct account outreach. * Establish a regular working cadence with Account Management and Customer Success to combine marketing data with account intelligence, coordinate follow-up, and refine expansion plays. * Own marketing plans and joint campaign calendars with EHR and other strategic partners, including co-branded programs, partner communications, events, and lead follow-up. * Work with partner, sales, and operations teams to route and track partner-generated opportunities for both existing customers and new logos. * Partner with Product Marketing to translate solution positioning, use cases, and customer outcomes into expansion and partner campaign strategies. * Brief Content Marketing and Creative on campaign assets; coordinate with Revenue Marketing and digital teams on execution, targeting, automation, and measurement. * Equip Account Management, Customer Success, and partner-facing teams with relevant messaging, campaign materials, and account-level insights to support coordinated outreach. * Use CRM, marketing automation, product, and campaign data to test programs, improve conversion, and identify where customers could gain more value from the Mosai platform. * Establish reporting on marketing-sourced expansion and partner pipeline, influenced expansion revenue, multi-product adoption, campaign conversion, and partner-sourced opportunities. * Maintain appropriate customer and partner approvals, permissions, confidentiality protections, and substantiation for externally used claims and materials. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Success Measures
* Marketing-sourced expansion and partner pipeline, with clear qualification and attribution. * Increase in the share of customers using more than one Mosai solution. * Qualified opportunities and influenced expansion revenue generated by customer and partner programs. * Performance of expansion campaigns and partner co-marketing, including engagement, conversion, opportunity creation, and follow-up.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. * At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of growth, customer expansion, partner marketing, demand generation, or related revenue programs. * Demonstrated ability to develop segmented, multi-channel campaigns that create measurable pipeline or expansion opportunities. * Experience working directly with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and partner teams to turn account insight into coordinated commercial programs. * Strong strategic planning, communication, and project leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize opportunities and move cross-functional work forward. * Experience developing co-marketing plans with strategic or technology partners and managing shared campaigns, deliverables, and follow-up. * Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, campaign measurement, and account or customer segmentation tools. * Ability to analyze customer, campaign, and pipeline data, define success measures, and communicate results and recommendations clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in healthcare technology, home-based care, value-based care, SaaS, or another complex B2B market. * Experience marketing through EHR, integration, referral, channel, or other ecosystem partners. * Experience with product-led signals, customer lifecycle programs, account-based marketing, or multi-product portfolio expansion.
Work Environment and Travel
* This position may be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement connected to the Jacksonville or Nashville office. * Occasional travel may be required for customer and partner meetings, conferences, company events, or campaign programs. Some events may occur during evenings or weekends.
Physical Demands
This role regularly requires computer and office-equipment use, repetitive keyboard and mouse motions, and extended periods of sitting or standing.
