About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Senior Influence Manager to launch educational and special projects with YouTube and fintech creators for a global trading-platform brand.
The role combines influencer partnerships, content development and full-cycle project execution, with a focus on measurable business impact.
Tasks:
* Source, assess and build relationships with YouTube influeners and niche fintech, trading and investing influencers * Develop and launch educational, YouTube and other special projects with creators * Prepare concepts, briefs and collaboration formats together with influencers and internal teams * Manage projects end to end: outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch and reporting * Conduct post-campaign analysis: assess content and audience results, traffic, conversions and contribution to business metrics
Requirements:
* 2-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, special projects, YouTube, content production or digital media * Experience working with YouTube creators long-term and/or niche fintech, trading or investing influencers * Understanding of the full cycle of special projects, from concept development to post-campaign analysis * Ability to connect creator and content performance with brand-awareness and business metrics * Experience working with mutli-language creators, speakers, agencies or production teams * Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills * Native-level Russian and confident English (B2+)
