Schedule: M-F (7:00am-3:30pm) 30m lunch Pay Rate: $25 - $30 DOE Onsite Location: Boise, ID Position Type: Full Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage the full lifecycle of process kits, including tracking, staging, refurbishment, disposition, and readiness to support preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and tool recovery activities. * Coordinate process kit availability and collaborate with equipment engineers, bench technicians, and suppliers to ensure parts and kits are compliant, standardized, and aligned with production needs. * Maintain accurate kit records, locations, status updates, and key performance metrics within Micron systems to support HVM readiness and operational excellence. * Coordinate equipment and measurement tool calibration schedules, working closely with calibration teams and equipment engineering to ensure timely completion, compliance, and audit readiness. * Monitor and report KPIs such as kit readiness, turnaround time, calibration completion rates, overdue calibrations, out-of-tolerance findings, data accuracy, and audit-related metrics. * Create, update, and maintain procedures, work instructions, and documentation while ensuring compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. * Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives by providing traceable records, addressing calibration or kit-related issues, and driving efficiencies in cycle time and operational performance.
Requirements:
* Associate degree in Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical education and hands-on experience. * Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, equipment maintenance, bench technician, or technical support environments. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support production schedules in a fast-paced setting. * Working knowledge of equipment calibration principles, preventive maintenance (PM) processes, and standardized work methodologies. * Proficiency with computer-based systems for equipment tracking, documentation management, data entry, and reporting. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and support operational compliance.
Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
