Job Description
As Veterinary Director, you'll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and nursing team to continue growing the clinic and delivering high-quality patient care.
This role would suit a veterinarian with at least four years of experience who enjoys mentoring others, building strong client relationships, and contributing to a positive team culture. You'll have the autonomy to manage your cases and help shape the direction of the clinic, while being supported by Greencross's extensive clinical and operational network.
We're ideally seeking a full-time veterinarian who is confident working independently when required and excited about helping expand clinic availability and services for our loyal client base.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* A veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), or equivalent * Demonstrated leadership capability, or a genuine desire to develop leadership skills and take the next step in your career. * Confidence managing medical and surgical cases and working autonomously when required. * A commitment to fostering a positive team culture and supporting the development of colleagues. * Dedication to delivering compassionate, fear-free, and industry-leading care to patients and their families.
