Job Description
To be a Starbucks Store Manager
We'd love to hear from people with:
* Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience * Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills * The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners * Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector * Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance * Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
