Your role You will be responsible for branch operations and client relations, and will also help promote retail products and services. In particular, you will:
* Handle counter activities, including cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange and payments
* Open new banking relationships in compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering requirements
* Present and offer retail products and services, including accounts, cards, savings, pension and payment solutions
* Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the branch
* As you settle into the role, you will also take responsibility for an assigned client portfolio
* Manage client relationships, identifying their needs and cross-selling opportunities
* Work in compliance with internal guidelines, control processes and regulatory requirements
Requirements
The profile we are looking for
* At least one year of experience in a similar role at a Swiss bank
* Commercial or banking education (e.g. commercial apprenticeship, banking track) or equivalent experience
* Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of German and/or English; knowledge of French is an asset
* Good command of Microsoft Office and IT tools
* Accuracy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
* Client and business development orientation
* Good communication skills, team spirit and flexibility
* Resident in Ticino
