Hours of Work are: (Permanent part-time position)
* Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm * Thursday & Saturday: 4:00pm - 9:30pm
We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor security cameras * Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor * Interact with customers and address their concerns * Upload events onto our crime reporting platform.
Qualifications
He kōrero mōu ake - About you
Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods.
Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
