What You’ll Do
* Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards * Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities * Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports * Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance * Participate in training and company initiatives
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections * Current ICC certifications; TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas * Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards * Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans * Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software
