About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-orientedGraphic Designerto support our marketing, growth, and brand initiatives. This role will work closely with ourMarketing and Creative teamsto produce high-quality visuals across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do
* Design visual assets for social media, ads, email, web, and landing pages
* Create graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
* Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams on creative concepts
* Revise designs based on feedback and performance insights
* Manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years of experiencein graphic design or a similar role
* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work
* Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
* Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color
* Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly
* Strong English communication skills
* Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus

* Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
* Basic understanding of marketing funnels or conversion-focused design
* Motion graphics or short-form video design experience
