As the Junior Coordinator, Mass Marketing, you will provide shared support across the Foundation's Events and Brand portfolios. You will help coordinate broad-audience marketing campaigns that build awareness of The Princess Margaret brand, drive participation in some of Canada’s largest peer-to-peer fundraising events, and support donor and fundraising growth. Working with internal teams, agencies, and vendors, you will keep campaign deliverables organized, accurate, and on track while building hands-on experience across paid media, creative development, brand stewardship, project management, and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Completion of, or enrollment in, a post-secondary (diploma or degree) program in marketing or communications (or transferable skills gained through non-traditional career paths, freelance work, or community initiatives), with at least one year of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or a related area. * Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, complete, and well-organized work. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with tools such as Canva, CRM platforms, project management tools and CMS platforms is an asset. * Comfort working collaboratively with multiple internal teams and external partners while taking ownership of assigned tasks. * Experience with marketing project management, creative development, paid media, reporting, analytics platforms, or digital asset management is an asset. * A proactive, engaged self-starter who is eager to learn, contribute ideas, improve processes, and ask thoughtful questions. * Demonstrated alignment with the values of Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence and commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Anti-Racism (IDEAA).
