What You'll Do
As a CNA or HHA, you'll provide compassionate, personalized in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
* Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as appropriate to the care plan and your qualifications * Provide medication reminders * Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping * Offer companionship and emotional support * Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment * Support clients' independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate home care
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of CNA, HHA, or home care experience * Valid Connecticut CNA license or qualifying HHA/CNA certificate * Authorized to work in the United States * Physical examination completed within the past 12 months * PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years * Valid driver's license
