About the Role
Build and improve a full-stack AI SaaS product that helps customers navigate complex product ranges through chat and voice agents. The product supports online and in-store experiences, so your work will contribute to practical AI-powered product discovery and commerce.
What You'll Do
* Develop and maintain full-stack features for AI chat and voice agent experiences.
* Build backend services using NestJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
* Integrate current LLM APIs into product workflows.
* Contribute to product capabilities for online and in-store customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
* Several years of professional experience working with NestJS.
* Very strong TypeScript skills and solid experience with MongoDB.
* Hands-on experience integrating current LLM APIs.
* Experience building full-stack software, with an interest in AI SaaS products and customer-facing chat or voice experiences.
Location
This role can be remote across Europe, with a hybrid option from Cologne or Hamburg, Germany. The primary location is Cologne, Germany.
