Weโre hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.
Itโs a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.
This is a hybrid role with some office time in Paris (3 days per week).
Youโll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
๐ What Youโll Do:
* Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas
* Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
* Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
* Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
* Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
* Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
* Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
๐ What You Bring:
* 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
* Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
* Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
* Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
* Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client
