We are looking for a part-time customer care agent who will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Your responsibilities include managing customer interactions via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls.
This role will initially be part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position in the future, subject to availability and operational requirements.
Requirements
* Fluent in norwegian/Swedish and English, additional will be added advantage. * At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience * Available to work according to approximate Europe time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) * Three hours per day
