Equinox seeks a Spa Manager for its state-of-the-art locations in New York City!

The Spa Manager directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff * Scheduling Desk Staff * Coaching of staff * Service revenue goals * Retail revenue goals * Event planning * Direct client outreach * Direct client in-reach * Product inventory
Qualifications
* Customer Service experience * Management experience and/or experience in Spa/Salon/Retail * 1-2 years Spa Experience * Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics licensure and/or experience is a bonus
Pay Transparency: $66,300 and ability to earn bonus
