Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in La Prairie, QC, from Sunday to Saturday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with every other weekend required. You will play a key role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for:
* Safely transporting customer vehicles from the pick-up location to the branch. * Maintaining accurate towing records, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions. * Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper operation. * Completing general labour tasks, which may include vehicle depollution, tire removal, and other related duties. * Communicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate towing activities. * Providing excellent customer service to our customers!
Qualifications
To join our team:
* Valid Class 5 driver's licence in good standing; * Good driving record; * Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures; * Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tow truck in various road and weather conditions; * Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
