About the role

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

* Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and contractors while delivering excellent customer service. * Lead and support the on-site security team during your shift. * Conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment. * Manage access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident response. * Ensure all officers are compliant with site procedures and company standards. * Support emergency procedures, including evacuations and searches. * Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team development. * Maintain accurate records, site documentation, incidents, and handovers. * Remain vigilant at all times, reporting incidents and preventing disruption.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

* British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements) * The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history * A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence * A valid CCTV Licence and full UK driving licence * Previous control room experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team * A proactive approach, strong customer focus, and excellent team-building skills * Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English * Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
