RN Supervisor PRN for In-Home Personal Care Agency Are you Semi-Retired or looking to supplement your current position? Work as many hours as you like and determine your own schedule. * Supervisory visits for non-skilled clients * Flexible Supervisory visit schedule * You can designate the area you provide visits – we serve all of the Middle Peninsula & surrounding areas
$65/initial assessment $55 reassessments/6-months $30 missed visit (client not home for planned visit) $30 per in-service/class $20/aide orientation (rarely used, only if there is additional clinical training needed for a case such as Hoyer lift training with the caregiver in the home) $20 hourly office rate An additional $5 per assessment/visit for clients over 30 miles from the agency. * Apply easily in person or online: www.americarepluspc.com/careers
