About the role
About the Role
Join an engineering team building AI software for enterprise procurement. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with procurement teams to understand their needs, build and deploy solutions, and improve AI agents based on real-world use.
What You'll Do
* Visit customer teams to understand their workflows and turn broad requests into clear problems to solve.
* Review agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns, then improve prompts, context, and tool use.
* Work with the AI team to turn recurring agent failures into evaluation cases.
* Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations across the stack, from initial idea through production.
* Support rollouts, observe how customers use the software, and iterate until it delivers value.
* Bring recurring customer needs into shared product and platform capabilities.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant experience in the 2 to 10+ year range, with a track record of shipping software used by real people.
* Strong full-stack or backend foundations, including production APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
* Production experience with TypeScript or Python; experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful.
* Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and to improve software based on direct observation of users.
* Experience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer work; procurement knowledge is not required.
* Familiarity with TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Vercel, and Python is relevant to the stack.
