Job Description
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Perform routine procedures, tests, and assist with exams. * Document patient data in the EHR. * Monitor and report condition changes. * Maintain a clean, compliant work environment. * Collaborate with teams for patient care. * Respond to patient needs and provide education. * Engage in professional development.
Qualifications
* Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification required * Active CNA in the state of Maryland * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-3 years of experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role * Current CPR and First Aide certification * Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
