Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Executive Recruiter to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead executive search strategies that attract and secure exceptional Director-level and above leadership talent aligned to business priorities.
* Partner with senior leaders to translate organizational objectives into targeted executive hiring and succession plans.
* Deliver market intelligence and talent insights that strengthen workforce planning and inform critical leadership decisions.
* Build and cultivate diverse executive talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth.
* Influence hiring outcomes through rigorous talent assessment, data-driven recommendations, and strategic consultation.
* Elevate the executive candidate experience through proactive engagement, thoughtful communication, and high-touch relationship management.
* Drive successful offer negotiations and close strategies that improve acceptance rates and secure top executive talent.
* Strengthen executive hiring consistency by championing governance, confidentiality, inclusive practices, and search excellence across the organization.
