Job Description
* Responsible for managing incoming stock on delivery days. Rotating old stock for FIFO, keeping stock organized arranged by product with safety and sanitation rules applying * Fills par requisition forms for Dining Staff * Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized. * Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room. * Wash dishes, clean kitchen * Any other reasonable requests of management team
