About the Role
Join a small founding product team building AI-powered tools for private-market operations. You will shape the interfaces and workflows that help operations teams review, trust, and act on AI-generated outputs.
What You'll Do
* Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns for a complex product.
* Build interfaces that connect users with AI agents and operational data sources.
* Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, handling exceptions, and approving agent outputs.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and inform product improvements.
What We're Looking For
* One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience.
* Strong skills in TypeScript and React, with proficiency in Tailwind CSS.
* Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.
* Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
* Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or large language model products.
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide product decisions.
* Private-markets or financial-operations experience is valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: EUR 70,000 to EUR 110,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany.
