Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager Operation Digitalization to join our BA SSL central team of Manufacturing Process & Equipment Engineering in Changzhou, China. In this pivotal role, you will develop and lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence through innovative technologies and data-driven strategies.
* Develop and implement BA specific digital transformation strategies and roadmaps to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain processes * Main contact person for the respective project teams * Analyze complex operational data to identify improvement opportunities * Oversee the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and machine learning, into existing operational processes * Collaborate with BA operations team, CT Group Sector and local teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions * Plan, coordinate, support and foster local digital realization projects * Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new digital processes and tools * Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalization efforts and report on progress to senior leadership * Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain the organization's competitive edge in the digital landscape
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automation, Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred * 5+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Automation or Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on digital or automation projects * Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies, Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing environments * Proven track record in successfully implementing large-scale digitalization initiatives * Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and using business intelligence tools to drive operational improvements * Proficiency in project management methodologies and change management techniques * Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their integration with operational processes * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese highly desirable * Willingness to travel internationally as required
