What you'll do:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents * Complete documentation to support continuity of care * Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support * Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with the care team
What you'll need:
Required:
* Current and active LPN license in New Jersey * Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living * Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
