Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in a rewarding home care setting. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Liberty, NJ requiring G-tube feedings and ongoing nursing support.

⭐ Available Shifts
Coverage Needed:
* Monday, Wednesday & Friday * 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM * 24 hours per week * Consistent daytime schedule

⭐ About the Case
* Pediatric patient receiving care in the home setting * G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care * One-on-one private duty nursing * Consistent weekly schedule * Supportive family and clinical team * Opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care

⭐ What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability * Administer and monitor G-tube feedings * Perform routine G-tube care and assessments * Monitor the patient's overall health status and report changes as appropriate * Administer medications and treatments as ordered * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

⭐ Pay Rate
RN: Up to $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring
* Active New Jersey RN License * Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred * Current BLS Certification * Authorized to work in the United States * Valid driver's license preferred * Physical exam within 12 months * PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) * Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
