Community Access Services is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Program Lead to help guide our residential program in The Dalles, Oregon. In this hands-on role, you'll continue doing what you love—supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)—while mentoring fellow Direct Support Professionals and helping create a safe, supportive, and empowering home.

What You'll Do as a Program Lead * Building trusting, person-centered relationships that respect each individual's dignity, choices, and independence. * Supporting daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. * Encouraging participation in community outings, recreation, appointments, employment, and personal goals. * Helping individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve greater independence. * Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation. * Creating a clean, safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment. * Mentoring and serving as a positive role model for Direct Support Professionals. * Advocating for the rights, choices, and well-being of the individuals in your care. * Helping support the daily operations and overall success of the residential program.

Qualifications * Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). * At least 18 years of age. * High school diploma or GED. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to become an approved company driver. * Ability to pass a national background check. * Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals with mobility needs.
