Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide 1:1 private-duty nursing care to a pediatric client in Monroe Township, NJ.
Location: Monroe Township, NJ 08831 Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on licensure and experience Hiring Need: Immediate opening
We are looking for a dependable nurse with pediatric experience who is ready to join our team and provide attentive, personalized care to a medically complex pediatric client. Candidates available to complete onboarding promptly are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care
* Assist with feeding tube care and seizure monitoring
* Support respiratory needs and activities of daily living
* Monitor the client’s condition and report changes as needed
* Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Requirements
* Active New Jersey LPN or RN license
* Current BLS certification
* Pediatric nursing experience required
* Feeding tube/GJ-tube experience preferred
* Experience with medically complex pediatric clients preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Current physical and required health documentation
* Authorized to work in the United States
