Job Description
* Follow up policies and procedures to comply with the requirements * Full analysis of offers, pre-shipment samples, shipment samples, and arrivals (Commercial to Specialty) * Prepare and dispatch samples to customers * Maintain accurate records of all coffees received and assessed in the system * Prepare cupping sessions following SCA protocols * Conduct physical analysis, measurements and recordings of coffee attributes, including screen size and moisture content * Cupping to ensure the quality requirements are within specifications and authorise the product's release * Keep cupping areas, dishwashing facilities, and sample rooms clean and organized;
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in coffee cupping, sensory evaluation, tasting, and coffee quality assessment. * Experience in coffee quality control, coffee roasting, hospitality, food & beverage, laboratory testing, or related environments is preferred. * Exposure to specialty and/or commercial coffee markets is advantageous. * Experience with laboratory activities, sample management, and quality record keeping is beneficial but not essential.

* The role is based in our Australia office and requires unrestricted work rights in Australia. * Good written and spoken English. * Ability to work in a dynamic trading environment and respond professionally to customer and operational priorities.
