The opportunity Never sold insurance? Don't have a license? That's fine. Through Pitch University, our in-house licensing academy, we take you from zero to a licensed health insurance agent. We guide you through every step, and once you're licensed and complete training, you have a guaranteed job placement with our team or one of our partners. Licensing costs are reimbursed after 60 days on our licensed sales floor.
How it works
* Step 1: Get licensed. We enroll you in a state pre-licensing course at our discounted partner rate. Most people finish in 2–3 weeks studying on their own schedule. * Step 2: Pass your state exam. You get exam prep, practice simulators, and support from our team the whole way. * Step 3: Learn to sell. You train with our proven scripts and practice on simulated calls before you ever talk to a real client. * Step 4: Go live. You join our sales floor, take inbound calls from people already looking for coverage, and start earning.

Who we're looking for
* 18+ with a high school diploma or GED * Strong communicator with a clear phone voice * Coachable, motivated, and reliable * Strong, reliable internet connection (Ethernet preferred), a computer, and a quiet place to work * Able to meet your state's licensing requirements, which may include a background check
