Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a medically complex pediatric patient requiring around-the-clock skilled nursing support. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a pediatric patient in Vernon, NJ requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-J tube care.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact while providing high-quality, individualized care in the comfort of the patient's home. We are actively building coverage for a 24/7 case and are seeking dedicated nurses interested in long-term, consistent hours.

⭐ What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability * Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support * Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered * Administer and monitor G-J tube feedings * Assess respiratory status and respond appropriately to changes in condition * Administer medications and treatments per physician orders * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

⭐ Pay Rate
RN: Up to $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring
* Active New Jersey RN License * Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-J tube care preferred * Current BLS Certification * Authorized to work in the United States * Valid driver's license preferred * Physical exam within 12 months * PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) * Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
