What You’ll Do
* Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support * Treat a broad range of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more * Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
Requirements
* Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology * Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.) * License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice * Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours * Languages: Fluency in English and at least one of the following local languages: Urdu, Odia, or Punjabi * Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching * Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
