Position: Bilingual Dutch (Netherlands) Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type:Contract Compensation:$48–$52/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
* Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas. * Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. * Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments. * Evaluate and strengthen AI model handling of sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands. * Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and cultural accuracy.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands, plus business-level written English. * Currently based in the Netherlands. * Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress. * Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail. * Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Preferred
* Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. * Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
