About the role
* Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity planning for both offshore and Hong Kong entities. * Manage and cultivate banking relationships, negotiating financing terms with local and international financial institutions. * Monitor and optimize the group's capital structure, foreign exchange exposure, and interest rate risks. * Lead compliance, reporting, and internal control processes related to treasury in line with HKEX and regulatory standards. * Support corporate financing initiatives, including bond issuance, loan syndication, and offshore fundraising efforts. * Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, tax, investment) to facilitate M&A and cross-border transactions. * Implement treasury systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA/CFA certification is a plus. * At least 5 years of treasury experience, ideally within a publicly listed Chinese company. * Strong understanding of offshore financing, foreign exchange management, and Hong Kong banking practices. * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
