We are seeking aHealthcare Compliance Specialist/Managerto support U.S. Speaker Program compliance monitoring for a leading biopharmaceutical organization. The consultant will help review speaker programs, identify potential compliance risks, evaluate supporting documentation, track remediation activities, and prepare monitoring reports and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct live, data, and process-based compliance monitoring. * Review speaker program activities, documentation, payments, meals, attendance, contracting, and training records. * Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and recurring trends. * Document observations and support escalation and remediation activities. * Maintain monitoring trackers, reports, and supporting documentation. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on follow-ups and documentation. * Assist with risk-based sample selection and monthly monitoring activities.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare compliance, auditing, monitoring, or risk management. * Familiarity with pharmaceutical speaker programs and HCP compliance requirements. * Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information.
