About the Role
Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.
As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.
Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
* Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
* Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
* Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
* Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
* Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable state requirements.
Qualifications
* Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
* Active LBA license
* Experience providing ABA services.
* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
* Current CPR certification
