About the role
For a long-term Oracle HCM support service, we are looking for a technically strong Oracle Payroll & HCM Integration Consultant.
We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. The role combines functional payroll expertise with technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities.
Project setup:
* Contract: Freelance * Location: Remote * Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume
Tasks
* Support for Oracle Payroll * Analysis of complex payroll and integration issues * Root cause analysis * Support with payroll configuration and smaller changes * Fast Formula * HCM Extracts * HDL / HSDL * BI Publisher * Support with Oracle Integration Cloud and external payroll interfaces * Support with releases, testing and hypercare
Requirements
* Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience * Strong Oracle Payroll expertise * Productive support and troubleshooting experience * Good knowledge of Fast Formula * Experience with HCM Extracts * Experience with HDL/HSDL * Experience with payroll integrations * Very good English skills
