Customer Service Representative – White-Glove Concierge (T) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $1,200 USD/month Job Overview We are seeking polished, proactive, and highly professional Customer Service Representatives to deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience to a high-end U.S.-based membership clientele. This is not a traditional customer service role. It requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate client needs while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the highest standards of service and professionalism. About the Role You will be part of a high-performing global team supporting a luxury brand with multiple locations. The role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring accuracy, speed, and a consistently elevated service experience. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, concierge services, reservations, or high-touch customer support environments. Key Responsibilities * Provide fast, articulate, and emotionally intelligent service via phone, text, and email * Assist clients with time-sensitive reservations and scheduling * Handle high volumes of requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism * Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions * Maintain clear and professional communication across all interactions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones * Uphold high standards of service, consistency, and brand representation
Working Schedule * Full-time position (40 hours per week) * Operating hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM * Sunday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Final schedule will be assigned based on business needs
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles * Experience supporting high-end or demanding clients is highly preferred * Fluent English (C1 level or higher, written and spoken) * Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure * Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and communication tools (e.g., Slack) * Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications * Background in hospitality, reservations, or operations * Experience working with U.S.-based clients * Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments
