About the role
Job Description
As our Storeperson / Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right parts, on time and with great service.
While deliveries will be your primary focus, you'll also support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving stock, picking orders and maintaining an organised branch environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, works safely and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver truck and trailer parts safely and efficiently to customers throughout the Perth region * Build positive relationships with customers during deliveries * Load and unload delivery vehicles safely * Receive incoming stock and verify deliveries * Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately * Assist with dispatch and freight coordination * Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment * Support branch operations and team members as required * Follow all road safety and workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
* Enjoys driving and being on the road * Has a strong customer service focus * Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work * Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment * Works well independently and as part of a team * Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn * Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety
What You'll Need
* Current Australian Driver's Licence * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties * Forklift Licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain) * Previous warehouse, delivery driving, automotive or transport industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
