About the Role
Join a small engineering team building AI-native operations software for private markets. You will own core backend infrastructure that supports reliable, secure workflows across hosted and self-hosted deployments.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain backend systems for permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.
* Manage deployment architectures for hosted and self-hosted environments using infrastructure-as-code tools.
* Improve production reliability, performance, and security.
* Partner with product teams to deliver features while maintaining quality standards.
* Apply AI-native development practices to support rapid, high-quality releases.
What We're Looking For
* One to six years of professional backend development experience.
* Production experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.
* Production experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.
* Experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
* Experience improving production systems in areas such as reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.
* Practical experience with AI, machine learning, large language models, or AI-native systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
