Job Description

What You’ll Do as Labour Planning Administrator

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

* Maintain and update labour planning systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current business requirements. * Manage labour model maintenance activities, working with Regional Workforce Management and Country Operations teams to validate and update market-specific data. * Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing labour planning data, analysis, and key inputs for the Labour Forecasting Lead. * Ensure strong data governance by monitoring data quality, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment between labour models, system data, and operational needs. * Prepare reporting and insights to support labour performance monitoring, decision-making, and stakeholder communication on labour planning updates and system changes. * Act as a key support resource for labour planning systems, handling day-to-day queries, supporting process improvements, market rollouts, administrative activities, and ad hoc business priorities.
