What you will do
* Handle technical cases from German-speaking dealer workshops through a ticketing system * Analyse fault codes, symptoms, live data and repair information to find the root cause * Guide technicians to the right repair, in clear written German * Document every case accurately and escalate complex cases to our Level 2 team with all the information they need * Spot recurring issues and share them with the engineering team * Build your expertise on electric and high-voltage vehicles through manufacturer training
Qualifications
What you bring
* Hands-on experience in a dealer or independent workshop, with a focus on diagnostics * A technical qualification (e.g. Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Techniker, Kfz-Meister, automotive technician) or an engineering degree * Confident use of diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams and repair information systems * Fluent German and good professional English * An analytical, independent way of working, and the patience to handle a high volume of cases * The right to work in the EU
Nice to have
* High-voltage / EV qualification (e.g. DGUV 209-093 level 2S/3S or equivalent) * Experience with a technical hotline, warranty or ticketing tools

* HUF 800,000–850,000 gross per month * Hybrid work from Budapest, with flexible home office (living elsewhere in Hungary?
