HeyTutor has partnered with a school in the Bronx to provide high-impact, in-person tutoring to high school students. Applicants must have completed an Associate’s degree or higher.
We are hiring Spanish Bilingual ELA Tutors to support students in grades k-2nd. This is a great opportunity for college students, aspiring educators, and education professionals looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and meaningful work in their community.
An in-person background check is required.
Pay & Benefits

* Monday–Friday availability required * Must be Available from 8:00am-2:12pm

Requirements
* Completed AA degree or higher * Experience working with children or tutoring preferred * Comfortable tutoring Elementary School Math * Ability to manage large groups of students independently * Comfortable working in a classroom setting * Ability to pass an FBI-DOJ in-person background check * Spanish Bilingual Required

Key Responsibilities
* Tutor groups of students without direct teacher supervision * Deliver lessons using provided curriculum and materials * Create an engaging, welcoming learning environment * Support positive student behavior and participation * Track attendance and student progress using the HeyTutor Dashboard * Assist with student assessments when requested * Escort students to and from designated areas on campus * Clock in/out daily using Deputy * Complete additional duties as assigned
