Job Description
* Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff. * Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training. * Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly. Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges. * Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made. * Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are in place and followed.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent, required. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor within healthcare operations. * Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
