What we're looking for:
* 4+ years of professional experience engineering robust web applications. * Expertise in Node.js for crafting scalable backend services and APIs. * Proficiency in React and Next.js to build high-performance frontend interfaces. * AI Implementation: Practical experience deploying AI-powered features, including LLM integrations and building smart application logic. * Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to contribute to high-performing, cross-functional teams. * Startup mindset: Essential experience navigating the fast-paced, evolving environment of a startup. * Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2). * Location: Remote, with residency required in New York, San Francisco, Houston, or Seattle.

* Python: Interest or experience with Python is highly valued. * Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
