At Coforge, we are hiring Senior Product Manager (#006fu00000QZqudAAD-2) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
* Own documentation and execution support for assigned product features and enhancements.
* Collaborate with Technology teams during Agile ceremonies to align requirements with implementation.
* Support QA, UAT, integration, and release validation activities to ensure delivery quality and business alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership.
* Experience in loyalty, rewards, payments, or financial services.
* Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, including earn, redemption, offers, points, and program rules.
* Knowledge of payment processing, issuer systems, transaction flows, authorization, and settlement.
* Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Strong technical aptitude working with APIs, integrations, and system design.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
* Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with loyalty and rewards platforms or issuer processing environments.
* Exposure to consumer engagement platforms or large-scale digital transformation programs.
