Job Description
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organisations.
Tasks:
* Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data * Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories * Support business experts and product owners in defining requirements * Maintain and track requirements throughout the system lifecycle * Translate business and user needs into business requirements specifications * Map business goals, benefits, priorities, components, and system features * Analyse existing systems and business capabilities * Identify and evaluate solution options * Support business case preparation and feasibility studies * Contribute to solution design, testing, quality assurance, and change management * Design, validate, and optimize business processes * Lead continuous improvement initiatives across business processes * Coach business stakeholders on upcoming changes and process improvements * Work with process owners to identify optimization opportunities * Improve customer service, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency * Communicate project objectives, business cases, requirements, and scope to stakeholders * Perform quantitative process analysis, including cost-benefit and what-if scenarios * Support organizational change management initiatives * Implement process performance monitoring mechanisms * Assist in developing strategic and tactical business plans * Define transition roadmaps aligned with business architecture objectives
Qualifications
Knowledge and skills:
* Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant professional experience * Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile * Minimum English Language Proficiency: C1 (CEFR) * Completed at least one full software solution lifecycle * Knowledge of business process modelling using BPMN * Experience in requirements gathering and user story elicitation/analysis * Knowledge of modelling and analysis techniques using UML, including: * Capability Diagrams * Activity Diagrams * State Diagrams * Logical Data Models * Proficient with modelling tools such as: * Sparx Enterprise Architect * ARIS Architect * Similar modelling tools * Strong analytical and communication skills * Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation * Strong problem-solving skills
Specific requirements
* Acted as Business Analyst (BA) on a large-scale ERP implementation project (duration >1 year and budget >€1M) * Experience in analyzing business processes including: * Logistics * Warehouse Management * Asset Management * Fleet Management * Financial Management * Legal * HR * Project Management * Experience in business analysis (and optionally system analysis) within the ServiceNow platform, including: * Custom/scoped applications * ITSM * Hardware Asset Management * CMDB * SecOps * Customer Service Management * Enterprise Asset Management * Strategic Portfolio Management * On-prem and cloud environments * Holds at least one valid ServiceNow certification such as: * Certified System Administrator (CSA) * Citizen Developer * Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) * Other relevant ServiceNow certifications
Required Certificates (At least 1 certification among):
* Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent * Certified UML Professional certification at Foundation level or equivalent * BPM 2 Fundamental level certification or equivalent * Other internationally recognized equivalent certifications (subject to acceptance by the Contracting Authority)
