Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise overnight security operations to ensure smooth and efficient service * Maintain direct, transparent communication with the client and internal teams * Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability and customer service excellence * Support and monitor scheduling operations and post assignment.
Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in a security or operations-focused role * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to manage priorities and respond effectively in high-pressure situations * Familiarity with retail protocols is a plus
